The gifted Abbey Waterworth sang at our July 12 trailer screening for the Springfield Music Project documentary at the Moxie Cinema in Springfield.
Here is the 19-year old sensation singing “Black is the Color,” flanked by Ruell Chappell (left) and former Skeleton Nick Sibley. They perform as NRA and Abbey’s new “Rosewood” CD is a superb collection of classic Springfeld hits including “The Letter,” Ronnie Self’s “I’m Sorry” and the Oscar winning ballad “Take My Breath Away,” composed by Springfield’s Tom Whitlock.
